How can I pay my invoice?
-We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and e-Transfer payments.

I have confirmed my service, what should I expect?
-Give us a moment while we add your property to our route schedule.  We will send an email appointment for your first service visit date.

What schedule do you follow during the lawn cutting season?
-Our crews begin each morning around 7:30am and finish no later than 6pm Monday to Friday.

What do you do with the grass clippings?
-We use equipment specially designed for residential lawns which mulches the grass, so no visible clippings are left (provided the lawn is not overgrown). Grass-cycling returns the nutrients back into the soil.
-Curb-side bagging is available for lawn with heavy growth to reduce clumping.

Does your weed control treatments have an odour?
– No, there is no smell during or after our weed control treatments.

Are your products safe for pets and animals?
– We use only the highest-quality products, which are all all-natural and completely safe for pets and animals.  Ask us to send the product information.

Can you notify me the day before my scheduled service?
-Absolutely, we are able to send email and text notifications a day in advance if you choose.

What height do you cut at?
-We have a cutting height at 3” (75mm).  We want your lawn to stay healthy and looking its best.

I have a dog that uses our yard.
-Please let us know if you have a dog or pet that is outdoors.  We ask that you keep your pet inside on the day of your service so our crew can complete the work safely.  Also, please ensure all pet waste has been cleaned and removed from the lawn areas.

What if it rains on my scheduled day?
-Do not worry, we will come as soon as the weather improves, often later in the day or the following day.

What is your cancelation policy?
-You may cancel at any time, we simply ask 2 days notice to adjust our scheduling.

What if my backyard gate is locked?
-Let us know you prefer “Email Ahead” and we can send you a reminder a day before your service visit.  If the gate is locked during your scheduled service day we will only complete the available lawn areas.

How often do you cut the grass?
-To keep your lawn in the best condition it must be mowed weekly.  We specialize in weekly cutting.

What if I have questions after a service visit?
– We provide excellent customer service, so you can rest assured that any questions will be answered.
